I would like to thank-you for the return of my security deposit.  Please thank your staff, the service and co-operation I have received have been phenomenal.  I know the cynics would say that is your business, and the customers satisfaction is your objective.  However, I am really disappointed to say that has not been my experience over the past years and that has been predominately in the UK!

 

The cottage was beyond my expectations and the standard of cleanliness and design were fantastic. 

 

I will certainly keep your details on file and hope maybe to return in a couple of years.

 

I just wanted to drop you a note to tell you how pleased we were with our rental this summer, and with the service you have provided.

 

The cottage was immaculate, and had everything described in the listing, and more!  The kids loved swimming and boating, and most of the time couldn't make up their minds what to do next.  And there was lots of room, so the kids could have their fun while the adults enjoyed some peace and quiet.

 

The information you provided us in advance (map, rules, information, etc) was clear and well organized and included all the information we needed.  And thank you for arranging a cleaning service for us - it made the last day rush much easier.
