It is All-Season Cottage Rentals' policy and our obligation to cottage owners to require all cottage renters to provide proof of personal liability insurance. This is a coverage that is included in all home, condo or apartment insurance packages. As negligence or willful damages are not covered by our Accidental Damage Protection Plan, the furnishing of proof of insurance allows the cottage owner's insurance company to accept any additional risk of allowing your tenancy. When occupying a cottage rental in Haliburton, renters will be held responsible for willful damage.
