This spacious 3 bedroom (2 overlooking the lake with balcony), 1 bathroom cottage is just steps to a sandy beach with shallow water providing endless sand and water activities. If you want to explore, the bay is an ideal place to paddle (2 kayaks and an SUP included) or sit in the sun/shade at the water's edge. The flat, level lot provides a great area for your family to play as well as a western exposure for viewing the fabulous sunsets from the deck or at the fire pit. The cottage is conveniently located just 5 minutes from Carnarvon which offers 3 restaurants, a family golf centre with mini-putt and driving range as well as an LCBO, Boshkung Brewery and a convenience store. Both Minden and Haliburton are within a 20 minute drive with a huge variety of additional activities and services. **$200/wk discount for multiple week bookings!**

We had a wonderful time at the cottage! It was clean and spacious with lots of light and a beautiful view of the lake! We loved the proximity of the cottage to the water. The beach was great fun for our little Granddaughter and getting kayaks in the water. The fishing was great and we saw amazing sunsets since it was west facing and a great fire pit was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were the most comfortable from any cottage we have been to. There were lots of water toys too which were greatly appreciated! The bedrooms were also a great size. We loved every minute spent at the cottage. The hosts Steve and Mary were wonderful and offered so many tips and advice. They ensured that everything was in order and that we were having a great time. Wonderful communicators and they showed that they really cared. Thank you very much for everything and we hope to return!
