Upscale 4 bedroom/3 bathroom home on Kashagawigamog Lake with boat access to a 5 lake chain. The cottage interior is extremely well furnished and equipped. A family favourite is the hot tub on the deck overlooking the lake. Active families will cherish this cottage which features a 'games room' with every game known to man. Pool table, fooz ball, air hockey, darts. There is a separate 'work-out' room with TV. Outside there is a sand bocce ball pit, lovely gardens, play set and a lawn for children to play on. Down at the lake you will find a massive dock complex providing tons of room for suntanning, boat storage plus plenty of room left over for swimmers. Lake bottom is sand with shallow entry. Canoe (2). Stand up paddleboard (2).

It was our first time at Carter Cottage and we had a fantastic time. Nice quiet lake, cottage was clean and had some nice amenities. The cottage offers good privacy from the water, but this also means that it has a less open view of the lake. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Be mindful of the OPP patrolling the lake.

Clean, comfortable beds, lots of room, fantastic swimming, all the amenities we could have asked for and more. A beautiful and beautifully equipped home on an excellent swimming lake. The only minor flaw is a significant amount of motorized boat traffic on the weekends, but it never interfered with our enjoyment.

Great space inside the cottage to accommodate our crew. The games room provided some great entertainment in the evenings. It's nice to have a good barbeque at a cottage, thanks for that. The hot tub was also a very nice option to sit in and enjoy the lake view. We just wished we had longer sun exposure, by 4pm we were in the shade at the dock.

Loved the Carter cottage. Great set up for two families with lots of games to keep everyone engaged and together. The dock was everyone's favorite place and big enough for 10 people! Will definitely consider booking this cottage again.
