This three bedroom, one washroom, cottage on Gooderham Lake is the perfect place to make memories with your family. Situated on 150ft of private waterfront with North-Western exposure, this Haliburton lake-front cottage offers a good level of privacy from neighbours. The cottage is elevated providing a gorgeous view of the lake and sunsets. The main cottage deck has a screened gazebo with dining table, plenty of seating and a propane BBQ. Down approximately 30 steps, you will reach the mid-level deck with additional seating. Down another approximately 30 steps you will reach the lakeside deck which offers a second dining table and umbrella. The shoreline is sandy and shallow with excellent swimming. There is lots non-motorized watercraft availble to explore the lake, as well as a swim raft out from the dock. Gooderham Lake is quiet with relatively little boat traffic. Unlimited WIFI is available in and around the cottage.
