There is AC to help keep the open concept kitchen, dining room and living room area cool and comfortable as well. There is a brand new Double sofa bed in the sunroom for additional sleeping space. While the inside of this cottage is gorgeous, the best parts are outside! The cottage itself is situated very close to the water with a screened porch and full length deck over looking the lake. Down by the water is a large lakeside deck with ramp that runs out to a large dock with ample Muskoka chairs for lounging. The water off the dock is deep enough for docking a boat and offers beautiful swimming in the clean, clear waters of Haliburton Lake. If jumping into the water is not for you, there is also a small beach with shallow entry further down the shoreline. The flat lawn provides an ideal space for lawn games. While at the cottage, stay connected through Starlink internet which offers reliable, high-speed internet with unlimited data plan.
