Executive 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage on Gull Lake is a perfect place to gather the family! Located about 10 minutes south of Minden, or less than 2 hours from Toronto. The cottage has a large and open main floor with kitchen, dining room and living room. The master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom is also located on the main floor. You will find two more bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a den with gas fireplace, fourth bedroom, bathroom and laundry room. You can walk out from the downstairs den onto a large brick patio with lakeview firepit. Down from the patio is a large dock with fantastic view of the lake. Take in the fantastic view of the lake while lounging on the dock. Swim off the dock, or you can walk out from shore on a soft sand/silt bottom. One kayak and 2 SUP boards are available for exploring the lake.

The cottage was clean and large enough for 6 adults with children. A great dock with a large seating area at the end. Great view of the not overly busy lake. A large fire pit close to the cottage was very enjoyable. Overall a great cottage to rent.

We have rented many cottages in many different locations. We do our homework and look into everything to ensure that it is what we like. Inevitably, we are disappointed when the reality of the property does not live up to our expectations. This was NOT the case for Lamorna!! The cottage was actually BETTER than we expected. It was big, clean, had a great view. I was worried about it being weedy, but swimming off the dock was fantastic! It was in a beautiful bay that was calm and only saw boat traffic from a distance. The owner was very responsive and considerate. We would definitely go back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Lamorna. The lake is lovely, the location ideal, and the cottage is clean, stylishly appointed, and sleeps a lot of people. The kitchen needs a few more dishes and a big pot to boil corn. Otherwise, it gets a huge thumbs up!! Many thanks for the memories.

Our family had a great time at Lamorna. The cottage is exactly as shown in the photos. The dock is amazing. We spent a lot of time on the dock and in the water...swimming, canoeing, kayaking, fishing, boating and just hanging out. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cup of coffee and watch the loons.
