Private 4 bedroom, 2 washroom cottage that is nestled in gorgeous mature hardwood forest. This cottage exudes pride of ownership and is very well maintained. There are three bedrooms, one 4-pc washroom, on the main floor. The fourth bedroom is downstairs with ensuite 3 pc washroom. Please note the downstairs bedroom does not have a door to separate it from lower living room. The main living room and extremely well stocked kitchen are situated on the main floor of the cottage walking out to lakeside deck that offers great privacy from the neighbours. Down at the waterfront enjoy Southern exposure and access to Soyer's Lake which is part of a 5-lake chain. The shoreline does have weeds, so the water can be accessed off the end of the dock. The cottage is situated in a small bay that remains relatively shallow (average depth of approximately 6') with a soft silty bottom. You will be able to see County Rd 21 directly across the bay. On the back side of the cottage there is a large flat lawn area with fire pit and ample space for parking.
