Featuring one of the best views in Haliburton County, this 4-bedroom, 3 washroom cottage on Moose Lake offers unparalleled views over Moose and Eagle Lakes. This well loved, and well maintained cottage features open concept kitchen and living room that walk out to a large deck with stunning views and great privacy. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped, including a dishwasher. Also located on the main floor is a 2 PC powder room, and comfy living room area with Foo's Ball table. All four bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the cottage. The main bedroom has a 2 PC ensuite, and there is a second 3 PC washroom with shower located upstairs as well. There are approximately 150 steps down to the lake, but once down there enjoy a swim in the clean and clear waters of Moose Lake. The cottage is located in a quiet bay, so there is not a lot of boat traffic in front of the cottage. The cottage is only minutes away from Sir Sam's Ski & Bike. The driveway is steep, so during the winter you must park up top and walk the last 100' down to the cottage. AWD vehicles with snow tires are essential for winter rentals.

First time at this cottage, good location with lots of space. Cottage well kept and offers great privacy.
Pictures really don’t do it justice. Larger than it looks.
Stairs to the water are a bit of a challenge but you get use to the climb.
