Look no further for the ideal family retreat! This executive 5-bedroom, 3-washroom cottage is located on a huge lot with 400' of private frontage and a high level of privacy. The cottage boasts a gourmet kitchen with gas range/oven, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, and wine fridge. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare unforgettable meals. The large and open concept layout is ideal for gathering as a family. Enjoy a terrific book, or favourite TV show, while sitting in front of the fire in the comfortable 3-season room. The main floor contains two bedrooms including Master bedroom with lakeview, King bed and 3-PC ensuite washroom. The second bedroom on the main floor has a Queen bed. Downstairs there are three additional bedrooms. Two have Queen beds and the third has two custom built sets of bunk beds with Double on bottom and Twin on top. There is also a large rec room with ping-pong table, darts, and large flat screen TV for watching movies. Starlink internet ensures that you can always remain connected with stable fast internet speeds. The cottage offers central AC to ensure that you remain comfortable on those sweltering summer days. Outside there is a large deck with comfortable conversation set overlooking the lake. Walk down the stone steps to the lake where you will find a gorgeous flag stone patio with campfire pit. Directly down from the patio is the main waterfront with large dock, and deep water, for swimming in the clean and clear waters of Haliburton Lake. If you follow the path along the waterfront for about 100', you will reach a secluded cove with sand beach that is perfect for little ones. Early in the summer the bulk of the beach will be just under the water, however, it will get bigger as water levels recede throughout the summer. Behind the cottage, just off the driveway, is a large horseshoe pit. The property is located down a very well-maintained cottage road that is easy to access at any time of the year and is perfect for long walks with gorgeous scenery. This cottage only about 2 KM past Winter Dance Dogsleds, or about a 15-minute drive to Sir Sam's Ski & Bike. Regardless of the time of year this property is ideal for family gatherings.

Diamond star cottage with excellent amenities

We thoroughly enjoyed the cottage over the Victoria Day long weekend The owners have taken great care and clearly it shows. The bedrooms were good size, kitchen had 3 ovens and had good internet unlimited connection through star link. The last 5 min drive to cottage is on a dirt road, visitors need to slow down especially while arriving at night.

This cottage is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The beds and linens were very comfortable. We had two families and there was plenty of space for everyone to relax or play games. The kitchen was wonderful for preparing meals for our large group. The coffee maker is high end as well. We brought our own water for coffee/tea. Our stay was at New Years so we did not use the lake but went down to see it and it is gorgeous! Might have to return in the summer. Thanks for the fabulous experience!
