You will feel your tension melt away as you follow the majestically treed, well-maintained municipal road into the West Lake House, featuring everything you could ask for to enjoy a perfect cottage vacation! You will be wowed by the view when pulling into the gently tiered lot of this recently built and tastefully finished home located on tranquil West Lake, featuring 5-bedrooms and 3-washrooms. On the main floor the open concept kitchen, dining and living room area is ideal for gathering the entire family together for meals and quality time together. There are 3-bedrooms located on the main floor including Master bedroom with King bed, TV, private balcony and 3PC ensuite washroom. The two other main floor bedrooms include a lakeview room with Queen bed and TV, plus a forest view room with two Twin beds. A luxurious 4 PC communal washroom is located on the main floor as well. The sunroom offers a perfect escape for a quiet place to get lost in a book, or for a midday siesta. Downstairs, you will find a large den with gas fireplace and large TV with DVD library. Perfect to cuddle up and enjoy a movie during evenings or rainy days. Two additional bedrooms, one with King bed and one with Queen bed are located downstairs. Off the hallway, between both bedrooms, is a large 3PC washroom that also serves as a laundry room. Outside, privacy is superb on the waterfront side of this property, as you travel from the cottage to either the sauna, the granite firepit, or the granite stairway to the dock. Enjoy lots of natural light and breathtaking views of the trees and water. West Lake is a very quiet lake where you mainly find canoes, paddleboards, and kayaks. It is also stocked with rainbow trout and bass. Close to many local activities such as Winter dance dog sled tours and Sir Sams Ski and Bike and 15 minutes to the town of Haliburton
