Our vacation at the cottage was awesome! The cottage has a beautiful view, with amazing surroundings. It was very peaceful and relaxing. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the interior was, the pictures don't do it justice. We definitely would love to come back.

This def stacks up to its name! This is a home, not a cottage. Interior is amazing! Wrap around deck with plenty of seating, fire pit, trampoline were great. Yes there are stairs, very manageable. Separate swimming and boat docking area were all great. Kayaks were a hit, we did not use the canoe or paddle boat. Thank you for sharing it with us.

Great stay but the stairs to the water and the price are both a bit steep! ;0)

Everything was fine except the thermostat kept resetting in less than an hour to 10 degree so I found myself freezing especially at night. Kept waking up in the middle of nights to turn up the temperature. Some dirty forks, spoons and knives were left in the dishwasher and an underwear was found in one of the bedroom under the bed. Other than that it was pretty good.

I wish you'd given us a call about the heat. That shouldn't have been happening and we would have been pleased to work at getting this issue resolved for you.

This was our second year returning. The cottage is extremely comfortable and quiet. Perfect for kids with the walk in swimming area and trampoline. Lake was very clean with no weeds. We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the view.

We had a fabulous week at What a View, and it is appropriately named. The cottage is well-appointed with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors, great Kitchen, tons of deck space to be either in the sun or shade. Excellent swimming to either walk in the sandy beach and swim to the platform, or dive in off the dock into deeper waters. Great fire pit and excellent privacy with no cottages nearby in view.

Short on wine glasses, dishwasher door panel needs repair, better (and bigger) coffee maker. Otherwise great!

All-Season Cottage Rentals' Response:

Thanks for the review and the heads-up about wine glasses! The owners have just purchased more wine glasses to bulk up their inventory. The coffee maker at the cottage is a 12-cup model.

This cottage was absolutely stunning inside and out! We stayed here for an entire week of June and found it to be one of the best cottages we have stayed at thus far. The property and cottage was very clean and had all the functions of a home found in the suburbs. The BBQ and appliances are high quality and made cooking for everyone very easy, the wifi and cable was perfect for cooling off from the heat or enjoying a rainy day without boredom. The fire pit and yard area was great for games and late night smores. The dock was a bit tricky to get to as it requires going up/down roughly 40 steps. But once at the dock you can really enjoy the beautiful lake with kayaks/canoes made available. On two of the nights we had lost power due to a major storm, unfortunately the generator requires some assistance from the owner and we were without power for 24 hours. The owner did respond promptly and reassured us the power would be back prior to needing a generator. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone that is looking to enjoy a peaceful relaxing time at a beautiful cottage.
