OUTDOOR FEATURES
- 20 x 20 floating dock (with dock ladder) facing west for sun all day and sunsets in the evening.
- On the dock, relax in one of: 2 sun loungers, 4 wooden Adirondack chairs or sit in the shade next to Cedars on the zero-gravity chair.
- Dock dining set with seating for 7 plus umbrella.
- Jump into ~8ft of clean clear water off the end of the dock.
- 300ft of gorgeous shoreline with shallow entry onto sand/pebble bottom.
- Screened lakeside “cocktails and dreams” gazebo with seating for 4.
- Water toys: 2 adult and 2 kids kayaks, 1 stand-up paddle board, floating raft, and lily pad.
- Pull up one of 6 light plastic Adirondack chairs (or small kids chairs!) to the lake-facing fit pit.
- Hammock on a stand can be moved throughout the property.
- On the lake-facing deck off the cottage, enjoy the lounge set with a view to the lake and Napoleon BBQ.

- For riverside dining Suwan’s Thai Cuisine, Boshkung Brewing Social, and The Minden River Cone should not be missed!
- The Minden Cultural Centre and Minden Library branch are great accessible spaces to bring the kids throughout the summer and fall.
- Drive 20 minutes north on hwy 35 to the surprising dining hub of Carnarvon: Haliburton Highlands Brewing Co., The Mill Pond, Country Bakery, The Peppermill and renowned, Rhubarb Restaurant.
