Outside there is a large deck with comfortable conversation set overlooking the lake. Walk down the stone steps to the lake where you will find a gorgeous flag stone patio with campfire pit. Directly down from the patio is the main waterfront with large dock, and deep water, for swimming in the clean and clear waters of Haliburton Lake. If you follow the path along the waterfront for about 100', you will reach a secluded cove with sand beach that is perfect for little ones. Early in the summer the bulk of the beach will be just under the water, however, it will get bigger as water levels recede throughout the summer. Behind the cottage, just off the driveway, is a large horseshoe pit. The property is located down a very well-maintained cottage road that is easy to access at any time of the year and is perfect for long walks with gorgeous scenery. This cottage only about 2 KM past Winter Dance Dogsleds, or about a 15-minute drive to Sir Sam's Ski & Bike. Regardless of the time of year this property is ideal for family gatherings.
